Resurface before you replace.

Precision resurfacing for OEM, luxury, and performance brake rotors. Measured first, machined true, most jobs done same day.

Why resurface

The math your dealer skips.

New OEM rotors cost serious money. If yours still measure above factory spec, one clean cut keeps them and most of your cash.

The process

Measured. Machined. Proven.

Measuring a worn brake rotor with a caliper before machining

01 · MEASURE

Measure

Every rotor meets a micrometer before it meets the lathe. Below factory minimum, we refuse the cut and tell you why.

Carbon-ceramic rotors never get a standard cut. We refer those to a specialist.

A rotor that runs true stops like it should.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

Aren't modern rotors too thin to resurface?

Some are. That's why every rotor is measured first. If a clean cut would land below the factory minimum, we refuse the job and tell you your real options. We only cut rotors that stay above spec.

Will the vibration come back?

Not if the rotor surface was the cause. A true cut plus proper pad bedding clears pulsation from uneven pad transfer. If your pads, hubs, or suspension are the real problem, we say so at inspection instead of taking your money.

Can you cut drilled or slotted rotors?

Most of them, yes. A few designs can't be machined safely, and carbon-ceramic rotors are always a specialist job. You get a straight answer at inspection.

Do I need an appointment?

You get served fastest with one. Book below, bring the rotors off the car, and most single sets are ready the same day.

Can I mail my rotors in?

Yes. Fill out the intake form first so your rotors arrive labeled and ready. We machine them and ship them back.

I run a shop. How does volume work?

Wholesale runs $20 to $35 a rotor. Batches turn around same day. Pickup routes are for volume partners at 28 or more rotors a week. Call and we set your rate.
